Call for Paper
|
We now welcome submissions of abstracts for oral and poster presentations in the related areas of exercise, health and technology research and practice, for the International Conference on October 20th – 21st, 2012. The Conference sub-themes are: 1) Technology and Sport ; 2) Youth Exercise and Health. However, we also welcome any topics addressing the latest issues in youth, technology, and health. The conference language is English. All abstracts for the International Conference on “Youth, Technology, & Health” must be submitted online by June 1, 2012. All accepted abstracts will be published as the conference proceedings. |

| Types of Presentation: |
 Oral presentation (15-minute including Q&A)
Poster Presentation

ABSTRACT GUIDELINES:
1. Complete the online form carefully.
2. The word limit for the abstract, excluding title and author details, is 250 words.
3. At least one of the authors must attend the conference and present the paper.
4. You will be notified by email upon receipt of your abstract. Decisions regarding abstract acceptance will be sent
to you by August 1, 2012 after completion of the review process.
5. Once submitted, your abstract will be assigned a unique tracking number. Please include this number in any
correspondence regarding your submission.
6. Selection of submissions to oral/poster sessions will be made at the discretion of the abstracts review
committee. Abstracts submitted for oral presentations may be assigned to poster sessions. |

| All abstracts must be submitted online through the conference website and include the following information: |

1. Title of the paper (maximum of 15 words)
2. The type of presentation desired (oral or poster presentation)
3. Abstract (maximum of 250 words in one paragraph)
a. Purpose
b. Methods
c. Results/Findings
d. Conclusions
4. The name, affiliation (university or institution) and institutional email address of each of the
authors. |
